Go Out With A Bang

by MSO

Legend has it that the Chinese made the first fireworks in the 800s, filling bamboo shoots with gunpowder and exploding them at the New Year with the hope that the sound would scare away evil spirits.

A celebration is not the same without a fireworks display. Now you can celebrate life and go out with a bang by having your cremated remains placed inside fireworks shells. Companies devoted to this are starting to gain ground and have been featured on television.

The companies who provide this service pack the ashes into the fireworks and organize the display. There are some pricey packages that can include 200 fireworks, but the locations they can provide are the perfect place for fireworks – off of a yacht, on the beach or along the shores of California or England.

Undoubtedly, it is a beautiful and fantastic sendoff – people who have used the service for loved ones say that it is great and that they know the deceased would have loved it.
